A linseed stand oil/petroleum distillate used to thin the consistency of oils and alkyds. Winsor & Newton Artists' Painting Medium dries to a flexible film with a minimal tendency to yellow, wrinkle, and crack.

Painting Medium should be thinned with mineral spirits.

Oil Painting Primer is for those artists who prefer an oil primed surface due to its smoothness and open time. Excellent for preparing all surfaces for oils and alkyd colors.
